Question: My Ray-Ban Meta slides forward when I look down or move quickly. Will new nose pads actually help or is it an ear-hook problem?

SGG Team answer: Both contact points matter. If the sliding starts at the nose bridge (frame migrates forward), silicone pads help because they grip slightly more than the stock plastic — especially on warm skin. If it is more of a rotation issue (glasses tilt), that is more of an ear-hook problem. For persistent sliding in both directions, the most effective fix is silicone nose pads combined with anti-slip ear hooks — both work on different parts of the fit problem.
