XREAL One Pro is fine for short use, but once I try to wear it for longer sessions the setup feels less comfortable. What is the first comfort upgrade that usually makes the biggest difference?

XREAL comfort issues usually split into heat, pressure, or frame movement. If you are on One Pro, SGG BREEZE is the first thing to try for heat separation. If the frame keeps moving or needs a steadier hold, SGG GRIP or SGG SLEEVE usually gets you further than buying another display accessory.
