Amazon Echo Frames are audio-only smart glasses with Alexa built in. No camera, no display — just speakers, microphones, and Amazon's voice assistant in a regular-looking frame. The accessory ecosystem is smaller than Ray-Ban Meta's, but there are still meaningful upgrades available.

What Echo Frames need

Anti-slip. Like all smart glasses, Echo Frames are heavier than regular glasses. The extra weight from batteries and speakers causes the same slipping problem: smooth temple arms against oily or sweaty skin lose friction, and the glasses creep forward on your nose.

SGG GRIP ($14.99) fixes this with knitted temple sleeves and silicone ear hooks. The sleeves add friction and cushioning. The hooks provide physical anchoring behind the ear. Works on Echo Frames' temple arm diameter without modification.

Alternatively, SGG SLEEVE ($9.99 for 3 pairs) gives you temple sleeves only — no ear hooks — with spare pairs for hygiene rotation.

What Echo Frames might need

A real case. If your Echo Frames travel in a bag, the stock case may not offer enough impact protection. SGG VAULT ($18.99) is a hard-shell case that fits Echo Frames with room for the charging cable. Worth it if you commute with your glasses.

Quick-access carry. SGG HANG ($22.99) — a magnetic leather necklace for taking your glasses on and off without needing to find somewhere to set them down. Useful if you switch between Echo Frames and regular glasses throughout the day.

What Echo Frames probably don't need

Light blockers. Echo Frames are audio-only — there's no display to wash out. Light blockers primarily benefit display glasses. If you find yourself squinting in bright conditions, regular transition lenses or darker tint is the better solution for audio-only frames.

Sound guide tubes. SGG CHANNEL is designed specifically for Ray-Ban Meta's speaker placement and won't fit Echo Frames' different temple geometry. Echo Frames' speakers are positioned differently.

Echo Frames vs Ray-Ban Meta for accessories

Ray-Ban Meta has a larger accessory ecosystem because it's more popular and has specific needs (camera privacy, Meta-specific audio directing). Echo Frames benefit from universal accessories (anti-slip, cases) but don't need the model-specific products designed for Meta's unique features. If accessory availability is a factor in your purchase decision, Ray-Ban Meta wins — but if Alexa integration is your priority, the accessory gap shouldn't change your choice.
