XREAL Air 2 and XREAL One should not share a single accessory shopping mindset. They overlap, but not completely. The most important difference is not branding. It is which problems deserve the first purchase on each line.
What stays the same
Both families benefit from clean light control, better fit, and better storage. The reason accessories matter is the same: long sessions reveal the limits of the stock setup faster than short demos do.
What changes
On XREAL One, SGG SHADE One is the stronger first display fix because it is built around that frame family. On broader or older setups, SGG SHADE Universal can still make sense, but the more specific the frame and the more specific the glare pattern, the more model-specific parts win. Comfort decisions change too. If One Pro heat is the complaint, SGG BREEZE becomes more relevant. If the complaint is slipping or long-session pressure regardless of model, SGG GRIP, SGG SLEEVE, or SGG LIFT are the better lane.
What not to confuse
Do not confuse storage with visibility, and do not confuse fit with heat. SGG VAULT is worthwhile, but not if the display still feels weak in bright conditions. SGG GRIP helps when the frame moves, not when warmth is what ends the session. The more clearly you identify the actual failure, the easier the Air 2 versus One accessory question becomes.
The short version: buy the blocker first if the image is still the problem, buy the comfort fix first if the wearing experience is still the problem, and buy storage later when the core wearing issues are already solved.
