You just got an XREAL One (or One Pro). Here's what to buy first, in order of impact.

First: Light blocker

SGG SHADE One ($19.99). This is the single most impactful accessory for XREAL One. The display washes out in any lighting brighter than a dim room. SHADE One is contoured specifically for the XREAL One frame and blocks overhead light that kills display contrast. The improvement is immediate and dramatic — text becomes readable, colors pop, and the virtual screen looks like an actual screen instead of a faded ghost image.

If you use your XREAL One anywhere other than a pitch-dark room, this is essentially mandatory.

Second: Anti-slip

SGG GRIP ($14.99). XREAL One is heavier than audio glasses, and the smooth temple arms don't grip well — especially once the electronics warm up and you start sweating. GRIP's knitted sleeves add friction and cushioning, and the ear hooks physically anchor the frame behind your ears. Start with just the sleeves for everyday use. Add the hooks for active use or when you're looking down at a desk.

Third (One Pro only): Heat foam

SGG BREEZE ($22.99). The One Pro runs hotter than the standard One due to additional processing capabilities. BREEZE creates an insulating air gap at the forehead contact point that reduces heat transfer and extends comfortable session time from 30–60 minutes to 2+ hours. Skip if you have the standard XREAL One — it doesn't get as hot.

Fourth: Weight relief (for long sessions)

SGG LIFT ($44.99). If you plan to use your XREAL One for sessions longer than an hour — movies, productivity, gaming — the nose bridge will start to ache. LIFT suspends the glasses from a head strap, removing the weight from your nose entirely. The visible strap means this is best for home use.

Fifth: Protection

SGG VAULT ($18.99). If your XREAL One travels in a bag, a hard case prevents the kind of impact that cracks a waveguide display. Fits the glasses, USB-C cable, and beam unit.

Sixth: Extended battery

SGG LOOP ($59.99). If you need more than 2–3 hours of continuous display time — flights, long commutes, binge sessions — LOOP provides continuous USB-C charging from a neck-worn power bank. Most users don't need this for daily use, but it's a lifesaver for travel.

Total setup cost

SHADE One + GRIP = $34.98 — covers the two most common complaints for 95% of users. Add more based on your specific usage patterns.

Questions that come up before checkout

What should XREAL owners buy first?

Start with the issue that shows up first: a blocker if visibility is the problem, a comfort accessory if heat or pressure is the problem, or grip if the frame drifts during long sessions.

Are model-specific XREAL accessories worth it?

Usually yes when you mainly use one XREAL frame. Model-specific accessories often fit cleaner than universal ones when you want the most precise solution.

Should XREAL buyers solve visibility before carry?

Usually yes. If the display is washed out or long sessions feel uncomfortable, visibility and comfort upgrades matter more than storage accessories.
